I know they're not perfect but this is my first time making poses. Sorry to say I don't know how to make the work for the pose list feature but I intend to read tutorials and hope to eventually update them.Until then the codes aren't that hard and I recommend using the "My List" feature. The first download contains both the package of the poses and the above pictures.

For those who don't have and/or don't know how to use a rar program such as winrar there is a second download that is just the package file,cut and paste from downloads to packages folder.
